Our returns policy allows 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to cancel an order. Once you have made us aware in writing that you request to cancel and return an order, it must be returned to the specified returns address within 14 days.
When returning an order, you are responsible for arranging delivery and the cost of delivery. Returned orders must be safely packaged; any damage due to negligent packaging may result in a partial or no refund. Orders must be returned in a resalable condition - any order returned that shows sign of damage, wear or mishandling may result in a partial or no refund.
