We deliver orders via TNT on their standard 24 hour delivery service (some locations such as Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland will take longer for delivery)
Orders placed before 3pm will be processed the same working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order being processed. You will receive notification via email when your order is dispatched together with a tracking number for your parcel.

Our returns policy allows 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to cancel an order. Once you have made us aware in writing that you request to cancel and return an order, it must be returned to the specified returns address within 14 days.
When returning an order, you are responsible for arranging delivery and the cost of delivery. Returned orders must be safely packaged; any damage due to negligent packaging may result in a partial or no refund. Orders must be returned in a resalable condition - any order returned that shows sign of damage, wear or mishandling may result in a partial or no refund.
